Jamie Mauhay Powers Appointed to Suboxone Leadership Development Committee

Kershaw Talley Barlow is proud to announce that Jamie Mauhay Powers, has been appointed to the Leadership Development Committee (LDC) for the Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) Film Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 3092. This appointment, made in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, recognizes Jamie’s exceptional contributions to KTB’s mass tort litigation department and her commitment to advancing justice for plaintiffs in complex cases.

The Leadership Development Committee was established to mentor rising attorneys and provide hands-on experience in multidistrict litigation (MDL) through meaningful assignments and close collaboration with the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee. By fostering the next generation of MDL leaders, the Committee ensures a continued commitment to excellence in plaintiffs’ representation.

As an LDC member, Jamie will work under the mentorship of the Suboxone MDL Executive Committee co-leads, contributing to key aspects of the litigation. This appointment highlights Jamie’s expertise, dedication to client advocacy, and ability to work collaboratively in complex, high-stakes legal matters.
