Behind our team of skilled attorneys, we are fortunate to have a remarkable group of dedicated support staff, many of whom have been with our law firm for over two decades. Their long-standing commitment and loyalty are a testament to the collaborative and nurturing environment we have cultivated within our firm. All of our experienced professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles, offering invaluable support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. With their deep understanding of our firm's values and the complexities of mass torts and class action lawsuits, our staff members provide consistency, attention to detail, and a wealth of institutional knowledge that allow us to best serve the needs of each of our clients.
Meet The Team
Lisa Anderson, Legal Assistant
Lisa has been with our firm for 16 years. She is invaluable as the legal assistant to the partners. Lisa handles word processing, dictation, and typing for drafting correspondence, motions and pleadings, filing with California Courts, MDL Courts, and serving documents. She maintains the client database for mass tort cases, organizes meetings, depositions, and arbitration for cases, and is responsible for calendaring, filing and ordering medical records for products liability cases.
Sebastien Z. Antoine, J.D., Law Clerk
Sebastien Antoine is an accomplished legal professional who obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Class of 2019. Prior to his legal education, Sebastien earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Joining our firm in October of 2022 as a law clerk, Sebastien quickly demonstrated his skills and dedication, becoming an invaluable asset to our team. Sebastien works closely with our Mass Tort clients to fortify their cases to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Kelci Bradwell, Administrative Director
Kelci Bradwell began consulting for Kershaw Talley Barlow in 2015 and became a full-time team member in 2017. With a focus on financial and profit analysis, IT and compliance, Kelci plays a key role in overseeing the firm’s technology infrastructure and ensuring regulatory compliance. Kelci is dedicated to discovering innovative strategies to enhance and expand the firm's success.A proud alumna of Portland State University, Kelci carries the spirit of Portland with her, bringing a blend of creativity, resilience, and a love for innovation that defines her hometown. Since 2018, Kelci has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Valley Association of Legal Administrators (SVALA). In this role, she values the opportunity to collaborate with fellow board members and the broader legal community, working together to advance the goals of the organization and support its members.
Alayna Diamond, Mass Tort Coordinator
Alayna Diamond has been with our firm since September of 2023. Since her arrival, Alayna has become an indispensable part of the CalPERs team at KTB. Her involvement in the CalPERs and Tylenol litigation highlights her ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients. She earned her paralegal certification, having received an associate in arts degree in Legal Studies from American River College in Sacramento, which has equipped Alayna with the educational foundation to understand complex legal principles and the practical skills necessary for mass tort litigation. Alayna also brings with her a diverse work profile, having worked as a sushi chef and production assistant prior to pursuing a career in the legal field. Alayna is an avid reader, finding joy and escape in the pages of books across various genres. In addition to reading, Alayna enjoys watching Korean dramas and plays Dungeons and Dragons.
Denise McCain, Intake Coordinator/Legal Receptionist
Denise joined us in August of 2020. Starting a new job in the midst of a pandemic is not ideal for anyone, but with Denise’s 20+ years of administration experience she was able to seamlessly integrate into the firm. If you call during standard business hours, chances are you’ll be greeted by Denise. While Denise wears many hats, a few of her main responsibilities are conducting potential new client interviews, entering accounts payable, and supporting the firm with miscellaneous admin work. Denise is a wonderful addition to the firm!
Kamrin McCain, Mass Tort Support
Kamrin recently joined our team in April of 2023 to assist with our Mass Torts cases. Kamrin is fundamental to our administrative efforts and is responsible for client communication, client documentation, managing mass letters, and sending our welcome packets. She also keeps our team of attorneys organized by scheduling phones calls, tracking information for our client's cases, and keeping case files organized. Kamrin graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a degree in Anthropology and an emphasis in ancient Egypt and historic epidemics. When she is not working for our client's at KTB, Kamrin may be swimming, watching Studio Ghibli movies, or planning excursions with friends.
Sierra McCain, Mass Tort Coordinator
Sierra joined the firm in May of 2021 as administrative support and has grown into a fundamental member of our team. Sierra is instrumental in our client management campaign for TDF and other mass torts. She is integral for communicating with clients, managing records orders, and keeping our clients up to date and informed. Sierra has also taken on many significant data input projects and streamlined our client database and attorney databases. She received a B.A. in Anthropology and Archaeology from University of Northern British Columbia in Canada where she specialized in underwater archaeological sites. In her free time, Sierra loves hiking in nature and watching classic horror movies.
Janeille McPhail, J.D., Law Clerk
Janeille graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Class of 2021, and received her B.A. in History from Florida International University. Janeille joined our team in March of 2022 as a law clerk and has been a key to the firm’s mass tort litigation. Janeille works extensively with our mass tort clients to strengthen their cases. In her free time, she enjoys watching K-dramas, walking on trails, and playing with her cats, Sky and Jade.
Andrew Noseworthy, Law Clerk
Andrew is a dedicated law student currently in their final year of studies, eager to enter the legal profession with a passion for justice and advocacy. Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from California State University, Sacramento, Andrew brings a unique perspective and analytical prowess to the firm. As the President of their law school's Latin Law Student Association, Andrew is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment within the legal community. Through their leadership, they have worked to create opportunities for students to cultivate meaningful connections inside and outside the classroom. With a keen interest in class actions and mass torts, Andrew is driven by a desire to hold corporations accountable and champion the rights of individuals harmed by corporate wrongdoing. Their academic pursuits and extracurricular activities reflect a dedication to advocating for those who have been wronged and seeking redress for injustices.
Joshua Stephens, Mass Tort Coordinator
Josh joined the KTB team in February of 2023 and has quickly made himself an indispensable member of the team. He works with clients in the Camp Fire and CalPERs litigation to ensure that the their cases proceed efficiently and accurately. He also works closely with the case manager from the Fire Victim Trust to maintain clear communication between our firm and the trust. Josh was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Yale in 2022. While in school, he helped run the exchange program for college students. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing guitar and piano, going on hiking trips, practicing his Japanese, and reading.
Laura Talesnik, Legal Support Staff
Laura Talesnik brings a wealth of experience and a multicultural background to her role as Legal Support Staff at KTB, having joined the team in October 2023. Laura’s journey in the legal field is marked by her experience as a legal secretary, with a particular focus on personal injury cases. Her skills have been a significant asset in assisting with the Tylenol and Camp Lejeune litigation, showcasing her dedication and expertise in handling complex legal matters. Originally from Argentina, Laura’s bilingual abilities in both Spanish and English have proven invaluable in navigating a diverse client base. Laura received her degree in Sociology from UC Davis. Laura lives in Sacramento with her husband, daughter, dog, and cat. Outside of her professional life, Laura is a self-described foodie, a passion she enjoys sharing with her daughter by exploring new restaurants and culinary experiences together.
Quinn Todd, Marketing Coordinator
Quinn began working at Kershaw Talley Barlow in October of 2021. He helps manage the KTB's marketing efforts by utilizing his background in graphic design and video production. He assists the TDF and Camp Lejeune litigations by communicating with clients, reviewing documents, and overseeing case management. He graduated with a B.A in History of Public Policy and Law from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Quinn is an enthusiastic enjoyer of the outdoors. When not in the office, he enjoys photography, video editing, hiking, and spending time with his two dogs.
